Honestly, this cream is no different than an ultra moisturizer for your feet. There's no significant difference if you applied this cream to your feet after a shower during the day or if you applied it before bed. Obviously, if used before bed, the cream absorbs better and it does feel really nice. The directions also mention to put socks on your feet after application... Now, does it work? YES. Every time I feel my feet may be a little rough and lotion isn't working..I apply this cream and my feet feels really SOFT. The smell is sooo pleasant as well. For $5 you can
