AVON PRO Brow Enhancer

I wanted to love this product, I really did. I bought it because my eyebrows are thin and I wanted them to look a little fuller and my mom eyebrows are so sparse! I got it last campaign when it was listed in the outlet book C-16 for $2.49, and I'm sooo glad I did not pay full price for it. The stuff is just a mess! It comes out as a clear liquid with fibers (choose the shade: black/D brown/L brown) that imitate eyebrow hair. It just comes out liquid like and you have to keep going over the same area to keep the hair in one place...It's like you have to use a stencil to even get a shape and to keep it from running.  Overall, I would not recommend this.
